# Value Proposition

By connecting a functional Web2 business with a digitally scarce NFT collection we achieve two goals : 

1\) **We democratize access to a TradFi segment that is relatively inaccessible to most jurisdictions**.

2\) **We create an NFT with actual intrinsic value.**
